More money needed
No commentsHundreds of billions more dollars are likely to be needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by a 2030 target. United Nations Climate Chief, Yvo De Boer says the money is required to build up capacity in developing countries to handle what he called complex climate change issues at hand. Mr. De Boer was addressing a news conference at the on-going UN Climate Change conference in Poznan. Vision Voice’s Wambi Michael has the details.
