Deepening distrust between developed and developing worlds gives Copenhagen climate summit a very bumpy beginning. A leaked proposal said to be prepared by the Danish government has angered the bloc of developing countries who believe it is basically a plot to scuttle the Kyoto process which many developed countries wish to get rid of.
