‘Blame me’: UNFCCC head accepts responsibility for crowds at climate summit

COPENHAGEN, Denmark — Hundreds of participants in the ongoing global climate talks lined up in the freezing cold just outside the filled-to-capacity conference centre here yesterday [December 15], some of them unable to get in and others delayed by the wait.
