Inutu Himanje
Inutu Himanje is a television journalist with the national broadcaster in Zambia called Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation. She works in the Production section as the Executive Producer. She is the gate keeper of all local productions before they go on air. She also liaises with independent producers to ensure they know the broadcasters standard for programme productions. She produces a 30 minute current affairs magazine programme called The Reporter which features various package on different topics. Because Zambia is experiencing the effects of climate change with the erratic rainfall, prolonged drought and floods, The Reporter now features an environmental story on climate issues.
